The work keeps moving because experienced employees know which information matters, which exceptions are normal and when a decision needs to be escalated.

That arrangement can work—until the business grows, people change, the process becomes more complex or technology is expected to take over part of the work.

Operational Brain was created to close the gap between operational reality and technology implementation: first understand the work, improve what needs attention, then structure the knowledge and controls that people, automation and AI can reliably use.

Built from operational experience

Kamil Sedzimir is an operations and supply chain professional with more than 15 years of experience across warehousing, logistics, transport, process improvement and quality management.

His background includes operational leadership, warehouse and transport coordination, Operations Management System implementation, employee and leader training, Lean and continuous improvement, standardised work, operational compliance, international supply chain and export operations, and translating operational requirements into practical processes and systems.

A practical philosophy

Operational Brain is not a software platform, AI agent or generic management consultancy. It is a consultant-led approach grounded in the place where work happens and the people who perform it. Some processes should be simplified before automation. Some decisions should remain with people. Useful operational variation should not be removed simply to make a diagram look tidy.
